Rezvion is a restaurant operating platform. Some of our customers connect third‑party accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Google) to Rezvion so we can manage their advertising, social media, or reviews on their behalf. When you do this, Facebook and other providers ask us to publish a clear way for you to request that the data we store about you be deleted. This page explains how.
Who this page is for
This applies to anyone whose personal data Rezvion holds, including:
- A restaurant owner who signed in to Rezvion using Facebook Login and granted us permission to manage Pages, Ad Accounts, or Instagram Business accounts on their behalf.
- A restaurant staff member with a Rezvion account (email + password) used through the dashboard, POS, or kitchen display.
- An end customer of a Rezvion‑powered restaurant whose contact details, order history, or reservation records sit in Rezvion’s database.
How to request deletion
Send an email to partnerships@rezvion.nl with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- The email address, Facebook account, or restaurant slug associated with your data so we can locate it.
- A brief statement that you want your personal data deleted.
- Any reference code Facebook, Instagram, or Google provided to you when you initiated the deletion request from their side (optional).
You can also revoke Rezvion’s access to your Facebook account directly at facebook.com/settings → Business Integrations — that immediately cuts Rezvion’s read/write access. Doing so does not by itself delete the data Rezvion already stored; for that, email us as above.
What we will do
- Confirm receipt of your request within 72 hours.
- Delete or anonymise the requested personal data within 30 days. Some records (invoices, fiscal data required by Dutch and EU law) we are obliged to retain for the legal retention period; we will tell you which.
- Confirm completion by email with a reference code you can keep for your own records, which you can also forward to Facebook / Instagram / Google if their flow asked for one.
What gets deleted
- OAuth access & refresh tokens stored to act on your behalf (Meta, Google, others).
- Cached profile information (name, email, Page IDs, Ad Account IDs, Instagram Business Account IDs).
- Logs of API calls made by Rezvion against your connected accounts.
- Any other personal data we hold about you that is not subject to a legal retention obligation.
